Sutter Street Mobile Home Park
How much is the space-rent per month?
$295 for a single-wide home, + $60.96 for water, sewer and garbage service.  $345 for a double-wide home + $60.96 w.s.g.  Gas & electric
are metered.
Do you have spaces for RV's?
Although there are some RV's in the park, we are converting the spaces to manufactured home sites as they become available.  Currently we only
take RV's on a temporary basis not to exceed 6 months, unless they are
a management-approved Park Model. Current RV rates are $295 per
month plus utilities.
Do you have vacant spaces available where I could bring in
my own manufactured home?
Possibly.  Size, style and age would require park approval. Please keep
in mind that we are investing in spaces (buying & removing old trailers)
for the purpose of upgrading the park.  Anything older than a 1990
model is unlikely to be approved.
Are there pet restrictions?
Yes.  Limited to one small indoor pet that does not exceed 30lbs and is subject to management approval.
Will the rent go up?
Yes. Park policy bases increases on the yearly C.P.I. (Consumer Price Index) Last year's increase was $10. Although this is not an automatic
raise each year, and may in fact not happen, it should be expected.
Is there a swimming pool?
No swimming pool or clubhouse.  There is a laundry facility and covered picnic tables in front of the office..
How big is the park?
Sutter Street Mobile Home Park currently consists of 52 units.
Are there any age restrictions?
No. We are an "all-age" park.
Are there "play areas" or facilities for children?
No. While children are welcome, allowing them to play in the streets is not allowed due to safety concerns.  However, a beautiful park and other
recreational facilities are very close by.
