Do you have vacant spaces available where I could bring in
my own manufactured home?
Possibly.  Size, style and age would require park approval.
Are there pet restrictions?
Yes.  Limited to one small indoor pet and is subject to management approval.
Is there a swimming pool?
No swimming pool or clubhouse.  There is a laundry facility and covered picnic tables in front of the office..
How big is the park?
Sutter Street Mobile Home Park currently consists of 56 units.
Are there any age restrictions?
No. We are an "all-age" park.
